Which social media platform is working best for your brand at the moment? Why do you think that is?
Instagram. Given the niche of my organization, it makes total sense to focus majorly on it.

Instagram. I knew when I launched this was where my clients would be "hanging out" so in the early days I worked very hard on connecting with people and building relationships, joining communities and it's still working like that for me now. I'd say around 70 - 80% of my business comes via this platform. I love that it's visual, I love the conversations.

Each of my clients have different channels where their social works best, but without a doubt for most of my clients it’s Instagram. I think it’s working well for everyone who’s using it to the best of their advantage. Visually my food client does well and food bloggers often engage with them which works exceptionally well. Other channels that do well is Facebook and LinkedIn.

Facebook 100%. I network like crazy on there and it's great separating yourself from your business. The business has organic reviews from our customers and my personal page is where I try and answer as many questions about funding as I can in the dozens of sales groups/entrepreneur pages I'm part of which in turn attracts partners for the business.

For us, the best platform currently is Twitter. Who doesn't love to find humour along with some information? Twitter is helping us convey our viewpoint and working methods better (so far) than other platforms.

Facebook is the fastest, one of the oldest and easiest platform to get connected and it has worked well for me. Since I've been a founder, I've been active on Facebook for my company as well. All the work has been posted there from where my clients have seen my work.

Instagram. Its results are higher in terms of new users and repeat users engaging with the brand without ad spend. This is a priority to understand success when developing compelling organic social media campaigns.

For my personal brand and most of my clients (who are primarily travel, visual arts and children's brands), Instagram is working best right now. But it depends on business goals, target audience and many other factors. Other clients have excellent engagement on Facebook and one is making the most of LinkedIn.
