The main focus is answering queries regarding my organization which prospective leads have. We do in-depth research on our target audience to understand their pain points and then deliver solutions for the same.

That would depend on the client. While we are helping many startups with growth strategies and fundraising campaigns, there are also big corporate clients where we run niche digital marketing operations that focus on lead generation and conversion optimisation.

I want business owners to know that marketing your business online doesn't need to be hard or overwhelming, it's totally something they can do and it can work successful around busy family life too. I like help business owners feel confident and in control of their marketing, thinking and looking at all the ways to market their business so that they don't just rely on one method as the key to their success. I like to support and encourage because I know what it's like and all the doubts and fears that go through our heads. I want business owners to have a strategy and plan they can follow with ease and most importantly see results from.

Right now there is a massive lack of education when it comes to credit and funding. I take time to teach people about the funding and credit space to make sure people are educated when it comes to funding for their startups and even in their personal lives.

Time & Direction. Most my clients come to me and they don't have time or direction when it comes to their online marketing. They aren't sure where to start, they have no plan in place, and they don't have the time to get one put together. This is where I come in to help create the strategy, plan and take the workload off of them.

I am focused on helping my clients identify the right business problem so I can provide them with a solution that's customized to their business. I think one of the biggest challenges that I often hear from my clients is time allocation to grow business and lead teams and that's where I come in as a full-stack integrated marketer with a professional team to build a marketing management system from the ground up.

As a social media strategist, I'm focused on helping small businesses use their social media to effectively connect with their target audience to achieve their business goals. Small business owners are often talent rich but time poor, so it's difficult for them to stay on top of social media themselves by posting consistently and keeping up to date with best practices for each platform.
