How have you / your brand been engaging with your customers/audience/users/fans lately?
It really depends on where they are in the customer decision journey. If we are talking to fans (top of the funnel), we often talk to them via social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). In the middle of the funnel, we engage with prospects and leads on our website and messaging tools (Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype). Clients and SQLs are often engaged with us in email conversations and messaging tools. Slack and messaging tools are then core for client collaboration down the funnel.
Oh lots of way, so via Instagram DM's stories, engagement on posts, replies from newsletter, groups conversations, virtual chats and also meeting in real life too plus speaking at events.
With my food client, blogger outreach has transformed the way we connect with our audience and customers. We have been doing so for about a year and we now have a really great group of people who are like family.
Yes absolutely, we call our clients several times. I personally call our clients as well after their done to thank them for their business.
Our customer base generally is active on email conversations. We send them newsletters, details and happenings through mail. I believe its convenient and reliable.
We're always engaging with customers, some ways we connect are through Q&A's, live videos, giveaways, and excellent customer service.
Of late, we have been capitalising hugely on the power of social media and video content. We love to narrate impressive brand stories on social media. We are also utilising IGTV, YouTube Videos to reach out to our customers and interact in the most effective manner.
I engage with my audience on a regular basis. I dedicate an hour everyday to respond to different digital marketing related questions on Quora, Facebook Groups, Twitter chats and several other conversational platforms.
