What’s your current position & how did you reach here?

Moushumi Pal - I'm the Founder of Woodpecker Media. After devoting a decade in exploring and contributing to this industry, I realised my passion and drive to do more which was captured in my own media service company.

What will success look like for you in your work in the next few weeks?

Moushumi Pal - With climbing every step to success, it’s necessary to prepare yourself with that step. Thats exactly what I and my team strive for. We will look forward to add more happpy clients to our lists and garner more visibility for ourselves.

Which social media platform is working best for your brand at the moment? Why do you think that is?

Moushumi Pal - Facebook is the fastest, one of the oldest and easiest platform to get connected and it has worked well for me. Since I've been a founder, I've been active on Facebook for my company as well. All the work has been posted there from where my clients have seen my work.

What have you found to be the most effective marketing tactic/platform, beyond social media?

Moushumi Pal - Communication has always worked for us. Have got wonderful opportunities at events to connect and exhibit my skills to reach where I am today.

What has been your biggest challenge recently and how did you overcome it?

Moushumi Pal - Being a media communications company and managing social media influencers, we often come across clients who have the talent but all they need is to revamp. With a dedicated team and timeline, we have always achieved the desired result.

How do you prioritize your tasks/projects for the day/week? Do you use any special methods or frameworks?

Moushumi Pal - I believe in planning and then execution. We meticulously work and keep a check on our weekly planners and timelines.

How have you / your brand been engaging with your customers/audience/users/fans lately?

Moushumi Pal - Instragram comments and try to answer their queries.

What problem are you focused on solving for your customers/audience/users/fans? What is their biggest need that you (or your company) are helping with?

Moushumi Pal - Brand identity creation, sustenance and management is the dose we work on.

Which tools do you use the most for tracking and managing the success of your marketing business?

Moushumi Pal - Instagram insights, reviews, comments and end of the day clients response.

What is your #1 tip for a newbie in marketing?

Moushumi Pal - Be sure of what you want and then passionately follow it.
